I was having lunch at noon on February 3, 2023 at Yolanda Restaurant in Barrio Obrero. He charged me for a salmon, stewed rice without beans and a small portion of salad and I asked for some beans, which were more broth than grain...$16.00...ABUSER!!!. At Cafeteria La Niña he charges me $10.00 and with a 10oz soda.
