I went to Sorriso on the 4th of July, and it was very busy. The restaurant is has a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly. When I ordered I was told my pizza would take 25 minutes, so I paid and left to go run some errands. I returned 25 minutes later expecting my pizza, but had to wait 1 HOUR for my food. (This was understandable because the place was packed)
To make matters worse the pizza was not good. I had ordered the coconut flour pizza, on the cashiers recommendation, and even though I was starving , I struggled to eat half of it. (See pics: $23 for a small inedible pizza..)
It was one of the worst pizzas I have ever tried.
(The box the pizza came in is beautiful, and probably tastes better than the actual pizza)
Although I had a bad experience, I will go back and try the other pizzas and see if they merit a better review…

It's a nice experience vibe is pretty chill and the service is great. Personally not a fan of the pizza. Tried the coconut flour pizza and it's WAY too sweet for my taste if you're into that give it a shot you might like it. The regular flour was a little better in my opinion.Prices are bit on the higher side ,all in all i would say 6.5/10.

Overall, the pizza and gelato were really good. The pizza is better than a bunch I have tried in PR but hasn’t hit my NYC/Philly pizza taste buds just right yet. My friends and I enjoyed our meal and the servers were very nice and attentive.

Two years ago I gave this place 5 stars. Today, I can rate my experience at 3 stars at the most. I feel disappointed. We ordered an appetizer that took about 45 minutes (almost came at the same time as the entrée). It was not bad. We did some sliders and they were pretty good. A little dry but ok.
We also ordered a pizza, the Alemán. What a disappointment. The churrasco and chicken were SUPER dry. It was not the oven since I'm telling you, the meat was was dead, bone dry. The sauce was too sweet too. Overall it was poorly executed.
The place and the environment was nice. We loved the artwork and artisan concept. I did some pictures to support the review. I hope they can take more pride on their food execution and see if what they serve is aligned with what they want the restaurant to be.
Vamos muchachos!

Shrimp and shredded chicken on a coconut dough pizza!!
This place is one of my favorite pizza places. The food was amazing and customer service was better. Treated me with respect, english friendly and patient. Yettt this pizza was something different. Never knew you can out coconut in a dough and with a pizza. Something i will always try again!
