Dining at Pizza City was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The language barrier made it hard to communicate clearly with the staff, which led to some confusion when ordering. While I understand that language differences can happen, it would have helped if there were more effort to bridge that gap to improve the overall experience.
The food was really greasy, which made it feel heavy and unappetizing. The steak was especially disappointing—it wasn’t a proper cut of meat but rather pressed-down beef, almost like a minced meat patty. It lacked the texture and flavor you’d expect from a steak. The excess grease only made the dish feel more uncomfortable and less enjoyable.
To top it off, after finishing my meal, it took forever for anyone to come over to take my payment. Waiting around to pay when the restaurant wasn’t busy felt unnecessary and frustrating.
Final Thoughts: The combination of greasy food, poor food quality, language challenges, and slow service makes it hard to recommend Pizza City. Unless they address these issues, it's a place I wouldn't return to anytime soon.

Stopped in at pizza city for a pizza and was met with a great service staff. The location was on a busy street so it was fun to people watch while we waited for the pizza. When the pizza came out it had a lot of toppings and tasted pretty good. Easy experience. Thank you.

We saw a long line of people trying to eat so we expected the best pizza but it was uneatable. The cheese was a chewing gum that could bring you into trouble to breathe. The dough was wet in the centrer and fat on the outside. Price Ok for a good pizza but expensive for what we received. I can't understand how the line was ready to eat the worst pizza ever.

This place is a tradition for me. The custom slices are always amazing, and I love that the food and the drinks flow 24 hours. It's non air conditioned, so it's hot in the summertime, but there is a smaller enclosed eating area that is air conditioned. It is a favorite with locals, and they are very full when the bars close.
