We ordered lamb chops and chickenery polo and requested the chops to be well-done. Unfortunately, the chops arrived overcooked and burnt, with a very bitter taste. We asked the waiter to replace them. After waiting for 15 minutes, she asked if we wanted the same dish or a different one, which we found confusing as we expected the plate with new chops. We confirmed the same dish. Another 15 minutes later, another waiter informed us that they had run out of mashed potatoes. It was only 7:00 PM, so running out of food seemed early. Additionally, mashed potatoes were a side dish, and they could have substituted another side with the lamb chops. Finally, we canceled the order due to the excessive wait time. The chickenery polo was also disappointing; it was not fresh and seemed over-fried. But it was passable. I would advise against trusting the lots positive reviews for this place.

This place has to be the worst place I ever been to on this island. The food was HORRIBLE. The lobster was disgusting. The rice was like “MUSH” 🤢I’m leaving a review only so your aware there other restaurant that will be way better. This one was over priced for the disgusting food. We brought the disappointment to the owner of the restaurant he refused to listen. He said he personally tried our food in the back and it was fine. I was appalled at his attitude towards the situation at hand. The lobster taste as if it was cooked earlier in the day and warmed up in the microwave. The rice tasted as if it was cooked last week and they just put water in it. NOT IT 168$ of disgusting food

This review is mostly based on the food and drinks. We ordered three different mofongos. One of shrimp one of churrasco and one of juye. The churrasco was under cooked. The juye one was very salty to the point it wasnt edible. Had to return the plate completely. The only one that was edible was the shrimp one. My little ones had rice beans and chicken. Rice was mushy. Beans tasted horrible. I ordered a Margherita and it was by far the worst I had the whole trip. The mojito one was decent. I'm giving a chance with service since our waiter was on her first day so she didn't really know the menu. She did at least try to give us a decent service while the manager and owner sat down with a group of patrons and stayed talking to them the whole night. Said patrons only had bottled water at their table. I was extremely bothered by her actions. Check comes and they have the nerve to include the cangrejo mofongos so we had to remind them to get that out the check. Overall will not be going back there ever again. Not even if food was offered for free.
