Sat at 630pm. Beer was cold, Casita Nachos were good. We ordered a cochinita pibil burrito and some enchiladas as the main course. Fast forward to 815pm… did not receive our main courses because the order wasn’t placed in the kitchen. Owner offered the food for free, although extremely grateful for the gesture, we refused. Hopefully the server sees the owners as an example for customer service. Ended up going to Fugazzeta. Ordered and in 15 mins had my food.

Even though it is an authentic Mexican food, they lack basics. The Horchata is not every day an available item on their menu. Good food but lack to provide everything on the menu
