On arrival, none greets you, so you sit yourself. The food was regular, nothing extraordinary, quite overpriced for the amount of food served. The tacos al pastor were mediocre, the meat was very dry, served with uncooked onions, and the worst part: zero pineapple, disappointing. It was Saturday night, they need more employees because the place had TWO employees attending customers (one in the bar/cashier and the other one running the place) I felt sorry for the one doing everything. We ordered 4 margaritas to start, we felt ignored for a LONG TIME, the food arrived, and we were so annoyed we canceled the margaritas.

My rate for service is not based on the waitresses. They were excellent. It's based in the kitchen. After one hr of ordering the appetizers and asking on the status, we were told it wasn't available. We continued watching all tables be served except for us. Team, if you don't have enough personnel DONT open. If you don't know what you are doing... DONT open PLEASE. This is terrible. And bow after 1.5 hrs, the don't have spicy hot sauce, really? Please shut down this place!

It was a very awesome experience, been going there for the lat four years but this time I was sadly disappointed by a waitress. I do not know her name but she had red hair. As an employee that deals with customer service I know very well that we don’t always have the energy to be super cordial or just to smile but at least we can be a little bit courteous and with a controlled attitude when dealing with people and that’s where she failed and that’s why we declined on giving a tip. She was very rude, had an attitude all the time and made me feel extremely uncomfortable even when we were trying to be nice to her. I do regret not living a tip to the awesome and most sweetest waitress there, she has brown hair and was super pleasant to talked to. The food was awesome and the place never disappoints except for the red haired waitress.

Great food, great app, but when the staff skips orders made via the app and one has to wait an extra hour on top of the original 30 minute wait for TAKE OUT food, the service is highly affected. Someone please keep an eye on the staff and their phone use cause I feel it might be affecting their attention span.
