Visiting San Juan on a work trip and we decided to stop in here for our first meal off the plane. Do not bother if you’re not local or Spanish speaking. We were seated then after about 15 minutes a waitress came over to us, we didn’t have any questions and we’re actually ready to order but since we spoke English and did not understand much Spanish she ask us to hold on, then asked another server to come over. We assumed this was because the other waitress would be able to assist us in English. After another 20 minute wait the other server came over, still did not speak English but you could tell she did not want us there. We pointed at what we wanted to order and asked for waters as well. It took us about another 15 minutes to get 2 bottled waters and 30 more minutes for the food. The food was tasty, but nothing to write home about. I got the Chicken Breast grill with the rice and beans. The rice was crunchy like it had been sitting in the bottom of the rice cooker all day. The entire time we were there I just felt the servers bad attitude like she wanted us to leave. Hoping the rest of our time in PR will be more welcoming! 😅

Stumbled upon the place as it was one of the few restaurants open late. We got some skirt steak and empanaido. Pleasant surprise for both. Skirt steak was very tender, fresh tasting and well seasoned. The chicken was also a nice surprise, we were trying to get an empanadas but got lost in translation. Although the breaded chicken cutlet was delicious and do not regret it. Finished off with tres leches , was good a bit too moist causing it to be a little soggy and the temp was a bit warm but it still hit the spot. There was also a live music venue which was a pleasant experience.

Delicious drinks and food. Live entertainment was enjoyable also. I enjoyed my lobster and mofongo very much!

The food was good, except the grilled chicken, don't get that Jim really hated it. They did not have a good selection of rum (only Don Q). My crab dish was very good!

I am not a person to leave food, I don't like to waste but unfortunately I have to say the experience was super bad. I ordered a stuffed mofongo, it had no flavor!!! The waitresses took too long to serve us and the restaurant was empty. Each one at the end of the day cuz it's their restaurant… but I won't be back, thank you!
