We have been to this restaurant more than 10 times, and the food has always been very good. However, on this occasion, I must say that the Nachos Social were extremely spicy. It wasn’t a pleasant spiciness; it was so intense that it was impossible to enjoy the food. This had never happened to us before. If something in the menu has changed or if the food is now extremely spicy, it should be indicated. Something also changed in the seasoning they use now... this time, it simply wasn’t enjoyable.

Seems like the kitchen had changed or today was the not so good day, we ordered the Burrito Social nachos with carnitas, and even the napkins were extra salty and spicy, but we ordered as usual the margaritas and they were very good. Our waitress was extremely helpful and friendly. Parking is free for the first 119 minutes (2 hours), at 120, they will charge you.

Burrito Social is a great spot for Mexican food in PR! Online ordering through their website makes things easy, though the quoted 40-minute wait for a lunch order felt a bit long. That said, the friendly hostess had my food ready as soon as I arrived. The burrito was massive and delicious, with a fresh tortilla that really stood out. Jalapeño poppers were tasty, though I would have liked more heat. One important tip—remember to validate your parking, as you'll need it to exit the lot. The valet stand near the security arm will take your ticket. Overall, a solid choice for Mexican food, and I’ll definitely be back!

Ate at the Condado PR location on a recent trip. We had the Social bowl with Mahi Mahi and Blackened Fish Taco. Both were excellent. Far better than what we had at the Vanderbilt Hotel restaurants and much cheaper. Wish we had found it sooner. Waitress was really friendly.

Very bad experience with the food, literally the worst ground beef burrito I've ever eaten, I was so hungry and I couldn't even eat it, I only ate half, but from the first bite, it was terrible, from its presentation. When the waitress asks me how it was, I tell her the truth, that it was very bad, and she asks me what was wrong and I tell her everything, that although I know she's not the one who cooks, to get the message across, the ground beef, colorless and tasteless, too much fat, was the most, no vegetables, well... and she asked for the check, but as she left, on the way she said: oh but she ate almost all of it (she was referring to my daughter) that it wasn't that she loved her but she could have passed it, well I didn't... I don't know what she thought if it was that we wanted to be charged and I told her, that we don't want something for free, that she should bring me the check, and in a moment I got up to go to the bathroom. The waitress was very arrogant. Those are the employees who hurt businesses because they throw parties when the owners aren't there, and they still left her a tip. She didn't come back.
