The wait time for just 2 pizzas was 40 minutes and the restaurant only had a few people there. The customer service was fair enough. The vegetarian pizza was simply okay but the four-cheese pizza did NOT taste good at all. The mix of cheeses had a mushy texture and unsavory taste. Furthermore, the cost of these pizzas were too pricy for the quality.

Disappointed. We had visited in the past due to its review, and the pizza was good. Not so anymore. What we were service today was underwhelming. While the topping flavors were good, the crust is cracker thin and the only well cooked part are the edges very pale bottom. We won’t be back.
We love pizza and are always in the lookout. Sorry to say we don’t recommend this pizza place.

Great place, wood burning oven, the pizza is amazing. The owner is very personable, great atmosphere and amazing food. You have to try the house sangria WOW. We ordered all meat pizza and the chocolate- banana dessert pizza is chocolate lovers dream.

Costco's Pizza is WAY better than this. Frozen pizza is WAY better than this! We came here because of the reviews (4.7). We arrived and waited to be taken care of and the place was empty. We ordered drinks and they didn't have much available. We settled on a couple of Pepsi's, a beer and a glass of wine. Ordered several multiple personal pizzas. Waited and waited... Two of the pizza came out cold and the dough was below par. The dough was like tortillas for quesadillas... 😵💫😵💫😵💫 By far the worst pizza we've ever had in Puerto Rico! I do NOT recommend this place. 😡😡😡

I am totally in love with this place. Amazing location and delicious food served fresh and on time out of a brick oven. The server is helpful and friendly, the food incl beverage are priced well. I just want to highlight one more time the incredible dining experience at Bistro Pizza in general. Looking forward for many more visits.
